 We stand behind our products 100%.  Our 1-year warranty and 14-day exchange policy are our way to express confidence in workmanship, materials, and fitting for the most appearance conscious customers like you, who selected a brand name, quality and stylish eyewear in the first place.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. In fact, about half of our customers are from outside of the United States of America.

When you place an order, we will estimate the delivery date for you based on the shipping desitination.  

It usually takes 5 to 7 days for domestic shipments, and 12 to 15 days for international orders, for most orders of our brand name custom clip-on sunglasses. 

Returns and Exchange Policy

Our eye care optometry chain has served Southern California for over 30 years. We offer custom made clip-on sunglasses to match your Rx frames online.

Our 14-day return policy is one way we express our confidence in workmanship, materials, and custom fit of our clip ons.  We appreciate your business by trusting us with your most important asset – your eyesight. 

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus 10% re-stocking fee and a shipping charge of $3.25 if free shipping was applied when ordering. For any return or exchange, we expect our customers to pay for the shipping cost.

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of mailing in your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we might have caused you, and appreciate your business always.
